Welcome to Wurm Recreation Club
The Wurm Recreation Club (WRC), formerly the Wurm Running Club, is a group of family and friends who joined together over 20 years ago to Run/Drink Beer/Do Good! Over the years we’ve transitioned to more of a Run/Walk/Ride club and increased our support of charities, especially those raising funds for cancer care/research. Join us for family/friend fun and charity!
170K raised to date for cancer research including 55K for brain tumor research

Scenic ride along the back roads of Little Compton, Tiverton and Westport (Horseneck Beach). Route options of 12, 23 and 62 miles. Start with breakfast and stay for the post cycle party!

Where: Davis Square, Somerville MA
The event is a 4 mile run but some of us will be doing a 3 mile walk.
After-party at the Burren! Volunteers get priority admission to the after-party.
Proceeds benefit Somerville Homeless Coalition, Somerville Track PAC, Stride for Stride and Dilboy VFW Veterans Relief Fund.
